Kellie & Hunter’s July Wedding – Lethbridge Wedding Photographer

It’s high time that I feature this beautiful July wedding here on my blog! Kellie and Hunter’s wedding day was my first wedding photographed in Alberta! Having moved to Lethbridge a couple of years back, I wasn’t sure what was in store for my photography business. After about a month after our big move, Kellie found me through Facebook and booked me! To say that I was excited, was an understatement! !

Their engagement session was photography in Lundbreck, Alberta, which I now realize that I have yet to blog as well!

On a most perfect July summer day (maybe just a wee bit hot!) Kellie and Hunter shared a private first look ceremony and said their vows in front of their closest loved ones. The wedding details came together so beautifully and I loved the personal touches they wove in and throughout their wedding day.

For formal portraits we headed down to Fort Whoop Up and photographed them in and throughout the grounds. We had a blast hanging out with the wedding party and finishing off with some classic bride and groom portraits! With the gorgeous coulee views by the river bottom there were so many options for photos. It’s the perfect setting for any Lethbridge wedding photos.

2025 was filled with so many adventures, weddings, sessions and new family memories!

From a trip to Georgia in February to visiting family in October, to having family down, trips to mountains, driving all over Alberta for sessions, it has been an incredible year!🎉

And 2026 is shaping up to be pretty awesome too! My goal this coming year is to really establish a good client care experience. I am so thankful for you all and I want to continue to build an experience that is joyful and memorable!

Oh hey 👋 this post was promised a long while back 🫣 life has been moving a mile a minute. While I’m coming up on almost 12 years of photography, I’ve been drawn down memory lane. This little hobby of what started to be capturing my kids growing up has blossomed into something so joyful and fulfilling. These last years have been filled with blessings but also with unknowns and shed tears.

Photography has given me friendships, travel opportunities, so many beautiful landscapes, and endless memories. My camera has taken me to Iceland, Nova Scotia, Georgia, Ontario and Alberta (always up for more places!!) and who knows where to next! 🌎

But most importantly, it has brought me into so many of YOUR lives! I count it such an immense blessing to be invited into so many of your most joyful, important, and sometimes tearful moments in your lives.

I know how powerful memories are…and how impactful photo memories can be. I remind myself of that at the beginning of each and every photoshoot. I have a gift worth giving and you have a story worth telling.💗

So here’s to 12 years and however many more to come! ✨
