Cathy & Scott are married!!💍💗🤩 After a week of stressing about rain and weather, it was all for nothing! They were showered with the lightest of wedding rain blessings and it led to the most beautiful pictures!

Surrounded by a small crowd of their closest loved ones, they sealed their marriage with vows and the mist epic secret handshake!

I have a couple sneak peeks to share from this past weekend!🤗 First up is Tess & Scott’s beautiful spring engagement session! 💗

We spent some time together by the river bottom and coulees capturing some sweet and tender moments! The landscape was lush and the skies were so moody! This led for the most perfect setting for their photos as we could shoot anywhere!

Ashley & Abram are married!! 💗🎉 and what a beautiful day it was! They embraced wind, heat, rain and even a bit of hail, and it all led to the most perfect evening spent outdoors with their closest loved ones.

Right before the end of their day, they told their guests that they were going to finish out their night with some sunset/end of day photos. And as we found this bridge, the moon was right up there waiting to be included in their last photos of the day.

As the sun set on this beautiful day, so began their married life together.♥️ Congratulations again Ashley & Abe!! I wish you so many blessings of joy and happiness in your journey of married life!

For the last few engagement sessions that I’ve had, I’ve brought along my old Nikon F100 film camera. It has been a number of years since I’ve shot a roll of film, so I’ve told my couples not to expect much because I’m super rusty and you can’t just look at the back of the camera to see if it’s good or not!

But after I got this first roll back I was happy to see a number of good shots! This is the first time using this particular brand of film as the film I used years ago is now discontinued!

So here’s a few film scans of my last few engagement shoots! I’ll have more to come, just need to fill up a couple more rolls to send off for processing!

It’s Grad season again! 🎉🤗 Twelve years of schooling really does pass by in a blink of an eye!

This hardworking young man is well on his way in accomplishing his goals for his future. Having completed his studies early, he’s already pursuing his post secondary education. He just had to take some time to come back for all the high school grad celebrations!

Celebrations and photos were a part of the day to not only capture the moments but to capture the people that love and support him the most! Congratulations!🎉🎉🎉

I love being able to photograph young families like this beautiful family of five!💗 It always reminds me at how full life is with littles…it’s always moving, always filled with curiosity and it’s always filled with love.

When my husband and I were raising our three kiddos we’d often get comments on how fast kids grow and that we should cherish this time. In the moment, it was always about survival. But now looking back, it truly does go by so fast!♥️

This family session kicked off this upcoming season and I’m so excited! During this session we explored the grounds, picked dandelions, found cool bark, blew bubbles and did a lot of movement! And it was a blast!💥 💗

Olivia and Nate brought the energy, laughter and so much love to their engagement session! They were natural pros and fully embraced their session!🤩💗

When planning for their session, they had a vision to have some of their session in front of a white church! St Henry’s Church was the perfect backdrop for those photos! And with mountain views in the background, it was perfection!

These two will be saying their vows to one another and tying the knot in August at @springbreakflowerfarm_ and I can’t wait to celebrate with them and their loved ones!
