Summer is around the corner! I may be a bit ambitious seeing that it has only been Spring now for one day! Summer brings on so many wonderful things, from fragrant flowers, to bright blue skies to long days filled with the best light. Along with all those wonderful things, comes the desire to make sure all those moments are captured!
It’s a great time to photograph families as well! Last summer I had the joy of photographing Ashley and Scott and Ashley’s three wonderful children for a family lifestyle session. Popson Park was the perfect backdrop as everything was drenched in warm light and the best colour of summertime green. We had fun exploring the area and capturing some new memories. The kids even found a teeny tiny snake in the water!
Kids tend to grow and change so much, it never fails to amaze me. Taking the time to capture life as it is, is something that is so important! I know sometimes the thought of preparing for a family photo session can be overwhelming. I always aim to make sure you are all put at ease and that the time we spend together is intentional and fun!
Don’t wait for the perfect time, perfect setting for booking a family lifestyle family photoshoot. That level of perfect will never be reached. The only perfect time is the present.
