Springtime is a great time of year for an engagement session. Having an engagement photo session at Waterton Lakes National Park is like winning a double header! Fresh mountain air, green grass, colourful flowers, and the list goes on and on!
When Oriana and Connor and I were planning their engagement session, they decided that being outside close to the mountains was important for their session. Waterton Lakes National Park was my first suggestion for their engagement session, and it did not disappoint! Also, they had never visited there before so I was extra excited to share with them some of my favourite viewpoints and locations.
The wind cooperated and the sun was just perfect. This led to some beautiful backdrops for their engagement photo session. Oriana and Connor rocked their session, and we had lots of fun along the way. We chatted about their beloved cat named Gary. I learned about Oriana’s great love of all Disney movies and I loved hearing about their plans for their wedding day which was coming in September.
But rather than type more words here, I’m going to let the engagement photos in Waterton Lakes National Park do the talking! Keep scrolling below to see all the beautiful images from our session together.
Towards the end you’ll see some more artsy blurry photos…these were shot on purpose with my Lensbaby Velvet 56. I usually break out this bad boy at the end of my shoots. It lends a painterly whimsical feel to photos. I love these photos as an addition to all my engagement session galleries!
