It’s so hard to put words to such a perfect day! The day that Brittany and Scott got married couldn’t have been a more perfect day for a wedding. They chose to get married on a Thursday because the date of October 19th was so important to them. That date marked 10 years of being together. And what other way to celebrate then get married on that very same date! For being late October, the weather was simply incredible. Warm sun throughout the day and then a chill in the air for coziness in the evening. The perfect combination for an outdoor barn wedding at Valley Croft.
When I met the ladies earlier in the day, they were chilling together and getting ready for the day. Brittany was a vision of calmness and beauty. The feelings of togetherness and love was felt throughout the whole day. They chose a first look to start their day together and it was the sweetest moment to document. Brittany and Scott chose to write letters to each other before the actual first look. Cue all the tears! Their smiles and love for one another is something so special.
Then we got to hang out with their amazing bridal party. They are surrounded by some of the most awesome friends and we had they had so many laughs together and maybe even a few drinks! Their ceremony was so sweet and their rings were carried down the aisle not by one but by three little ring bearers. These three cuties pretty much stole the show! They shared their vows to one another as the light shone on their faces and warmed their backs. Smiling up at them in love and happiness were their closest friends and family.
After such a beautiful day filled with so much laughter, some tears of love and so many smiles they treated their guests to the most amazing firework show. It was such an awesome way to close out a gorgeous day. When I left for the evening they were just beginning to dance the night away with their friends.
Congratulations again Brittany and Scott! I wish you so many blessings of happiness as you continue on your journey of married life together. It has been such a blessing to get to know you both over the last while!
