What a beautiful day shared between Melissa & Donell. This past Sunday I had the great privilege of spending the day with these two lovebirds as they got married! They were surrounded by their close loved ones and many friends and family who came from near and far to show their love and support to them. We started out capturing their getting ready shots at the Element Hotel in Vaughn and then travelled to Da Vinci Banquet Hall for the Ceremony and Reception.
There were many moments that were touching during the day and even a few that I myself had some little tears flowing. Maybe because it always brings me back to my own wedding day and I remember the emotions and the moments then. I loved the mother son and the brother sister dances- those were incredible and I had a smile on my face the entire time! The relationship that Melissa + Donell have together is so special- so often it was talked about during the speeches that Donell was placed in Melissa’s life at the right exact moment – how beautiful is that?
But the entire day was beautiful. I love the purple tones that were the theme through everything throughout the day- it complimented everything so nicely! Congratulations again Melissa + Donell, I wish you much love and many blessings as you begin this new journey together as husband and wife!
