Fall is a great time for outdoor family portraits. Barb contacted me back in September to set up a time to get together to capture some pictures of their family together for their annual Christmas Cards. After a couple of bad weather set backs, we were able to head out to the Beattie Pinery in Alliston on the Thanksgiving Monday. We picked the best time to do outdoor photos as the colours were amazing! The hues of reds, oranges and yellows were absolutely spectacular! And I love that their outfits were so perfect for this spot we chose!
The Beattie Pinery is no one of my favourite spots. After capture a few formal pictures in the clearing we headed down to the river. Their son loved being able to find the perfect rocks to throw into the river and their dog Winston loved being able to play in the water for a bit! I love being able to capture the real, authentic moments together when families get to spend time together doing fun things!
Thank you again Mullins family for having me photograph your beautiful, loving family! I enjoyed getting to know you a bit better and am excited you now have these memories to look back on.
