Here’s the primary reason for my trip to Georgia! I spent time with a very sweet and wonderful couple, Sharon and Jared! When chatting during our getting to know you call, they mentioned they wouldn’t be needing an engagement session unless I was able to make it down to them! Everything came together and I was able to pair their engagement session with my daughter’s sixteenth birthday trip!

We spent time at a gorgeous Camellia garden just outside Fort Valley and they were in full bloom! We finished off our session chasing the serene Georgia sunset and I’m in love with how everything came so beautifully together! These two are such kind and lovely people and I’m so excited to be able to photograph their wedding in May at the @thenorlandhistoricestate

Whew! January is BEHIND us now! And I am super thankful. #tbh January is my least favourite month of the year. For a variety of reasons, it just holds the top place of worst month ever lol! But we made it through!!

February is going to fly by and before we know it summer time weddings and family sessions will be in full swing. This year is shaping up to be pretty amazing and I can`t wait to share it here!

The off season for photographer`s is often filled with behind the scenes work: second shooting editing, website updates, education, and the ever long list of blogging!

I`m always thankful for the down time to refocus, to create goals and plan for the future!

One more sneak peek for this week!! See my rhyming skills…as my teenager would say, they are fire!🤣

All Josie wanted for her maternity session was snow- and she got it!❄️ We also happened to get cold temps with that snow! But you can hardly tell from these photos are these two made sure to get cozy!

Josie and Harrison are expecting their first bundle of joy in the coming weeks and they couldn’t be more excited! They made sure to prioritize the importance of this moment in their lives to have it documented. I’m so glad I was able to help capture some beautiful maternity photos for them!

Here’s the first look of this new family of three…or five including the fur babies!! I always forget how tiny brand new babies are and this sweet little squish simply was the cutest.

Sweet baby L is already so very loved by his parents and his fur siblings! As life with a newborn is always filled with lack of sleep, constant attention and so many new routines, Kim and Ricky are doing a fantastic job as new parents!💗

I’m so glad they now have this important moment on their lives documented as these new little ones change so so quickly!
