Best Friends Always ~ High School Senior Portraits – Alliston Photographer

This was such a fun session!  Best friends, Alison, Emma and Alana rocked their High School Senior Session.  This session was a collaborate between my new photographer friends Bobbi-Jo from Love Bee Photography and Jenn from Jennifer Hibberd Photography.  We all would like to grown the market of Senior Photography and thought we would try our hand at it together.  This was my first time every photographing Grade 12 seniors and I loved it!

These portraits are so much more than cap and gown pictures, they truly capture personalities, friendships and real connections! I wish I had known about these types of portrait sessions when I was in high school– it would have been so much fun to hang out with my close friends and capture what life was like for us then!

We have done two collaborations together, this is the first set of girls– we call it our Country Senior Shoot.  Next up is our Urban Senior Shoot so stay tuned! And continue the blog circle to Bobbi-Jo’s post to see her captures of Alana, Emma & Alison.

2025 was filled with so many adventures, weddings, sessions and new family memories!

From a trip to Georgia in February to visiting family in October, to having family down, trips to mountains, driving all over Alberta for sessions, it has been an incredible year!🎉

And 2026 is shaping up to be pretty awesome too! My goal this coming year is to really establish a good client care experience. I am so thankful for you all and I want to continue to build an experience that is joyful and memorable!

Oh hey 👋 this post was promised a long while back 🫣 life has been moving a mile a minute. While I’m coming up on almost 12 years of photography, I’ve been drawn down memory lane. This little hobby of what started to be capturing my kids growing up has blossomed into something so joyful and fulfilling. These last years have been filled with blessings but also with unknowns and shed tears.

Photography has given me friendships, travel opportunities, so many beautiful landscapes, and endless memories. My camera has taken me to Iceland, Nova Scotia, Georgia, Ontario and Alberta (always up for more places!!) and who knows where to next! 🌎

But most importantly, it has brought me into so many of YOUR lives! I count it such an immense blessing to be invited into so many of your most joyful, important, and sometimes tearful moments in your lives.

I know how powerful memories are…and how impactful photo memories can be. I remind myself of that at the beginning of each and every photoshoot. I have a gift worth giving and you have a story worth telling.💗

So here’s to 12 years and however many more to come! ✨
