This summer I was met with the Niemand family for my very first Family Story Session. I enjoyed spending some time with them on a beautiful and hot summer evening. In our pre-session phone chat I found out that they were soon to be moving out of country. They wanted to create some tangible memories...

It’s Grad season again! 🎉🤗 Twelve years of schooling really does pass by in a blink of an eye!
This hardworking young man is well on his way in accomplishing his goals for his future. Having completed his studies early, he’s already pursuing his post secondary education. He just had to take some time to come back for all the high school grad celebrations!
Celebrations and photos were a part of the day to not only capture the moments but to capture the people that love and support him the most! Congratulations!🎉🎉🎉

I love being able to photograph young families like this beautiful family of five!💗 It always reminds me at how full life is with littles…it’s always moving, always filled with curiosity and it’s always filled with love.
When my husband and I were raising our three kiddos we’d often get comments on how fast kids grow and that we should cherish this time. In the moment, it was always about survival. But now looking back, it truly does go by so fast!♥️
This family session kicked off this upcoming season and I’m so excited! During this session we explored the grounds, picked dandelions, found cool bark, blew bubbles and did a lot of movement! And it was a blast!💥 💗

Olivia and Nate brought the energy, laughter and so much love to their engagement session! They were natural pros and fully embraced their session!🤩💗
When planning for their session, they had a vision to have some of their session in front of a white church! St Henry’s Church was the perfect backdrop for those photos! And with mountain views in the background, it was perfection!
These two will be saying their vows to one another and tying the knot in August at @springbreakflowerfarm_ and I can’t wait to celebrate with them and their loved ones!

A wedding day is filled with more than just the two people getting married. A large part of the day is filled with the people surrounding the wedding couple.
From loved ones— parents, siblings, grandparents, friends, to littles ones and even new faces, weddings are filled with the people that mean the most.💗
These people have surrounded this couple in prayers, love, laughter, and friendship. I love being able to witness and capture all that joy!
Natalie & Kevin are coming up to one week married and I’m sure glad they had their wedding last week with all that sunshine and warmth- much better than this weekends forecast of snow & cold!😬

If opportunity arises, when I’m photographing a couple on a wedding day, to place them alongside or in-front of big old trees, I always will. There’s just something about the sturdiness, growth and design of trees that draws me to align it with a brand new married couple. I guess my prayer is, like these big, weathered trees, so can my couples grow, flourish and weather the storms of life.💗

Kailee and Nathan really rocked their engagement session this past weekend! 💗 Having never done professional photos before, they were a little nervous, but they leaned into the process and had lots of fun and put up with my endless “okay one more!” requests! And their hard work paid off because these images are so beautiful!!😍
We were treated with the best spring weather that reminded me of all the summer nights to come. We chased that setting sun and battled a few bugs and the outcome was stunning!🤩
