This past summer I was able to spend some time with the G family at the beautiful Guild Inn Estates in Toronto. Before our session, Lindsay shared that she hoped her sweet son’s personality would be captured at our session. Sweet little K was such a joy to photograph!
This beautiful family of three was about to embark on life as a family of four! Since this time Lindsay and Chris safely welcomed their beautiful baby girl into their family! The evening was a very warm and beautiful one! Their love for one another was so evident during the time that we spent together and it was such a joy to capture some of those moments in picture form.
Life with little ones seems to move at a snails pace and like a cheetah’s speed all at the same time! When moments are documented, time is being stopped in its tracks. Memories deserve to be documented. Life events deserve to be remembered.
Our sessions together are somewhat child led. When little ones are introduced to a new area, its natural that they would be curious! I encourage all parents to let their child explore! I have a ton of patience and am aways up for a challenge. Allowing children to explore grants them permission to just be themselves. And when they are comfortable, then I’m able to capture them as they are. Curious and adorable!
I loved being able to create some new memories for the G family- ones I’m sure that they will cherish for years to come!
While this summer is now a memory, there are still great opportunities for more family stories to be told!
